Shipping policy

All orders, excluding personalised items, are processed within 48 hours, Monday to Friday. Orders placed over weekends or public holidays will be processed within 48 working hours from the next business day.

Please allow up to 5 working days for the processing of personalised items.

Once your order has been processed and packed, it will be handed over to our courier partner for delivery.

Orders of R750 or more qualify for free delivery. For all other orders, a flat shipping fee of R120 applies.

Delivery times may vary depending on your location. Please see the estimated delivery timeframes below:

• Main Centres: 1–2 business days
  
• Regional Areas: 2–5 business days
  
• Remote Areas: 4–7 business days

You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order has been dispatched, and delivery updates will be provided through our courier partner.
